What counts as a minute?
The length of the video you caption. A 30-second reel uses 30 seconds. Videos can be any length, as long as you have the minutes.
How do free minutes work?
Tap Claim in the app and your free minutes go up to 3. You can claim again 2 weeks later. Free minutes never expire, but you can't hold more than 3, so claiming with 2 left adds 1.
Do pay-as-you-go minutes expire?
No. Buy 15 minutes for ₹149 and use them whenever you like. There's no subscription.
Is there a watermark on any plan?
No. Not on Free, not on any paid plan, ever.
How do I pay?
Inside the app, through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone. You pay with whatever your store account already uses.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Plus and Premium are monthly, and you cancel from your subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store.
What is SRT export?
An SRT is a subtitle file you can upload to YouTube or hand to an editor. It's coming to Premium, and the plan shows it as coming soon until it ships.
