Your content is yours

You own the videos you caption and the captions alfaz makes for them. We don't claim any rights over them, and we never add a watermark, on any plan.

Only caption videos you have the right to use, and don't use alfaz for anything illegal or to harm, harass or mislead people.

Plans and minutes

• Free: up to 3 minutes of captioning, claimed in the app. A claim tops your free minutes up to 3 minutes, and you can claim again 14 days later. Free minutes don't expire, and you can't hold more than 3 at once.
• Plus: ₹99 a month for 30 minutes a month.
• Premium: ₹299 a month for 2 hours a month. SRT export will be added when it's ready.
• Pay as you go: ₹149 for 15 minutes, which don't expire.

A minute means a minute of video captioned. Every plan includes every look. Prices include applicable taxes as shown in your store.

Billing, cancelling and refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and follow their billing terms. Plus and Premium renew monthly until you cancel, which you can do anytime from your store's subscriptions page. Refunds are handled under the store's refund policy. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll help.

Check your captions

alfaz writes captions from speech automatically, so it can get words or timing wrong. Please check your captions before you post. You can fix any word in the app.

Changes to alfaz

We're always improving alfaz, so features may change. If we change prices, we'll tell you before it affects you, and your store will ask you to agree to any new subscription price.

The legal part

alfaz is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for more than what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
